Frank Theisen, Vice President IBM Cloud for Germany Austria and Switzerland (DACH)

Since July 2017, Frank Theisen has been Vice President of the IBM Cloud Division in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In this function, he further expanded IBM's cloud strategy with the aim of addressing customers in all industries optimally and with the full breadth of the IBM Cloud portfolio.

During his more than 20 years at IBM, Frank Theisen has been a driving force behind both the development of new solutions and sales. During this time, he held various management positions in sales and development for IBM Information Management and Business Analytics as well as Cognitive Solutions. He was responsible for building the IBM Software division's Big Data business in Europe and led the Information Management Software division in North Eastern Europe. In a further position, Frank Theisen was responsible for Information Management, Business Analytics and Enterprise Content Management in Germany.

Frank Theisen holds an degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart.
