Simone Kaiser

Simone Kaiser is Deputy Head of the Fraunhofer Center for Responsible Research and Innovation at Fraunhofer IAO in Berlin, Germany and responsible for the team "Societal Trends & Technology". In her work, she seeks and builds new bridges between social needs and future technologies. For actors from industry, science and politics, she develops process models that enable to design innovations from the outset according to customer requirements and societal needs. The goal is to develop and design successful, accepted and sustainable future solutions. Ms. Kaiser has been with Fraunhofer since 2010, before which she worked for a political consultancy. Ms Kaiser has excellent knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods of empirical social and future research. She studied political science, sociology and economics at the Universities of Tübingen and Magdeburg.
