Mag Sebastian Dennerlein is the deputy head of the „Social Computing“ team and business developer of the „Data-driven Markets“ area at Know-Center GmbH, a research center for data-driven business and big data-analytics. While he designs data-driven projects in the realm of marketing automation and 360°marketing by means of targeting or forecasting in his roles as business developer, for example, he cares about multi-project management of funded and not funded industrial projects in his role as deputy. Sebastian studied Psychology at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz and is doing his PhD in collaborative working and learning in socio-technical systems. He conducted these studies as part of the EU-IP Learning Layers at Graz University of Technology, which addressed scaling technologies for workplace learning in SME clusters. Sebastian published more than 15 papers in journals such as Computers & Education or British Journal of Educational Technology and conferences such as European Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning or WebScience. Additionally, he is teaching at Donau University Krems in the intersection of knowledge management and technology and is a member of the Knowledge Management Forum in Graz.
